6-27-10 Sunday

We left Thunderbolt at 8:30 and arrived at Bufford, S.C. around 1:45. A storm hit right after we tied off so we did not head into town until all was dry. We walked around and looked at all the hugh old homes. I just love them. Gotta keep playing the lottery so I can have one of those there plantations. Stopped in a small bar and had supper.
This is a picture of the sunset just before a big storm hit again. The water really did look red that night. The waves were up over the swim platform. Getting use to these storms. Somewhere we lost a cover to one of our seats on the flybridge. Just one more thing to spend money on. We had some maintenance done on the boat while she was in Savannah. We got away with a $3,000 bill. Not included in the $450 per month we paid for three months. We did not even get a free koozie after all of this. So, the cost of a cover is minor.
